How to Obtain Copies of Certifications
Records Retention of your Credentialing Account is free. Avalon stores student records for 5 years and complies with state records retention guidelines.
Account Access
Accounts are accessible to either an Individual account holder or an HR manager for Entity Accounts. Individual and Entity Accounts may retain or cancel their Account at any time.
Avalon archives Student certifications for 5 years.
Access and Log Ins to accounts do not expire unless cancelled.
How to Access Your Archived Records
Email the following content in a records request:
- Full name of registrant
- Professional Licence Number

- Course title and number
- Date of purchase

Refund Policy
A written refund request must be submitted within 10 days of purchase and prior to completing the course posttest.
Written refund requests must include the following:
- Full name of registrant
- Registrant's email address
- Course title and number
- Date and amount of payment
- Reason for refund request
- Refund Request Contact
- Program Administrator

Avalon reviews refund requests within five (5) working days of receipt. If the refund request is approved, a $10.00 administrative fee will be assessed prior to processing the refund.
Refund requests received more than 10 days after receipt of payment or after the posttest is passed will not be approved.
Complaint and Grievance Policy
To submit a complaint or grievance related, the following information must be submitted in writing:
- Full name of registrant
- Registrant's email address
- Course title and number
- Description of complaint or grievance
- Desired resolution of the complaint
